ASSIGNMENT
Ø Be in charge of customer relations (sales figures, customer satisfaction)
Ø Understand the needs of the customer, identify and develop sales opportunities and manage the
Ø manage the interests of the company (commercial proposals in compliance with assigned sales objectives) and of the customer.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Ø Support and sell portfolio (meet customers, organize supporting events, give feedback on
Ø customer needs evolution regarding his own market, coordinate offers)
Ø Support his customer internally (ambassador role)
Ø Manage his business (reporting process, follow the orders, etc.)
Ø Understand and forecast the needs of the customer, manage the development of solutions (with
Ø pre-sales teams, architects and marketing experts) to answer the needs.
WORKING MODE
Ø Keep permanent contact with tendering teams, programme managers and teams
